How do we maintain consistency?

We know that if we were to get that wrong, they could lose business and that is not acceptable to us.
Are our solutions environmentally friendly?
As well as delivering messages on time, we also know that environmental standards are of great importance. That’s why the paper we use for our paper wrapping solution is high-quality recycled stock.
Likewise, the poly we use for our poly wrapping solution meets the new Plastic Packaging Tax requirement where at least 30% of the plastic is recycled. In fact, customers can opt to use an entirely plastic-free compostable wrap made from potato starch instead.
Our ISO14001 accreditation also shows that we care about the environment as we ensure that it is not just our solutions that are green. Since 2012, we have drawn some of our energy from our solar panels, we also only use LED lighting and recycling is like second nature to us.
How do we add the personal touch?
As a family-run business, we know that the personal touch is still relevant, even in this digital age. Yes, we use email to communicate with our customers, but we also pick up the phone to talk and meet with our customers.
Alongside our approach to business, the personal touch also echoes through our solutions. For example, we take great care when hand-packing mailpacks. We know how special it can be to receive a tailored pack in the mail and so we take pride in ensuring every pack is packed carefully.
