Is one of the most cost effective methods of packing. Our modern and efficient production sites help to support an assortment of clients whether that be for your company or charity newsletter, product & services catalogue or regular subscription magazine.

The polywrapping process keeps your pack contents together through the postal system, protects the contents from the elements and offers good visibility of your product.

With polythene for an A4 pack weighing as low as 2grms, compared to 10grms for an envelope this can reduce your pack weight and potentially your postage costs.

With 7 polywrapping lines across our 2 sites and each of them being capable of wrapping speeds in excess of 12,000 per hour, we can handle smaller volumes through to multimillion campaigns. Very few mailing houses in the country have our flexibility.

Our wrapping lines are suited to handling sizes from A6 to tabloid sized newspapers in either clear or print registered film.
The maximum number of machinable inserts would be 12 A5 items or 8 A4 items. Unusual gift items can also be included in the pack but best to ask, flip flops were a challenge, but possible!

Each of our polywrapping lines have online inkjet capabilities for printing addresses, text & graphics including Mailmark postage discount barcodes.

As with paper our standard polythene material is fully recyclable, and we can even print a recycled logo so there’s no confusion for your recipients as to how to dispose of it responsibly.
