All of the following services are designed to provide data accuracy, reduce costs and improve campaign efficiency.

Data cleansingAddress Processing – Screen records against the Postcode Address File (PAF) to verify & update existing address information.

National Change of Address (NCOA Suppress) – To identify and remove gone away records belonging to individuals no longer at the address held on file.

National Change of Address (NCOA Update) – Using the Royal Mail NCOA update to identify those customers who have moved home and record new address information for those customers.

The Gone Away Suppression File (GAS) – Screen data against the GAS file to identify details of your customers that no longer live at the address you hold on file.

Mortascreen & Bereavement Register – Identify those records on your database that relate to deceased individuals.

Business Changes File (Flagging) – Created from Royal Mail business redirection service flagging or removing records where the company has moved premises.

Business Changes File (Tracking) – Processing data against the BCF tracking file providing new address information for companies that have moved premises.

Telephone Preference Service – Screening data against the TPS file identifying those that do not want to receive unsolicited or marketing calls.

Mailing Preference Service – Screening data against the MPS file identifying those that do not want to receive unsolicited or direct mail via the postal service.
